Meet Shaun Seydor
President of Pitell Homes

Shaun Seydor spent 25 years in home building, managing operations at national companies like NVR (the parent of Ryan Homes) and at regional builders across the Pittsburgh market before going private with Pitell. He brought the processes, purchasing power, and efficiency of a large-volume builder and paired it with something those companies can’t offer: an owner who’s on the job site and knows every buyer by name.
Shaun currently serves as President of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, leading the regional organization of builders across the greater Pittsburgh area.

Design & Selections
Visit the Design Center and choose your finishes, fixtures, and features from Pitell’s expanded options menu.
Pricing & Contract
Your selections become the final price. No surprises. Pitell coordinates with financing partners, so you have a clear picture before you sign.
Construction
Pitell breaks ground and builds your home with trusted vendors and partners, many of whom have worked together for decades.
Walkthrough & Move-In
A full demonstration of your completed home, closing, keys, and Welcome Home. Contract-to-move-in: approximately seven months.
A big part of that is their project manager, Mike Ackaoui. He brings extensive hands-on construction experience and is a wealth of knowledge throughout the building process, which really shows in the finished product.
