Who will I work with when I buy a Pitell home?
Gina DeRose is your first point of contact. She meets you at the model home and helps you choose your plan and homesite. Once you are under contract, our project manager runs your build and keeps you updated. After you move in, our warranty team takes your calls.
Who do I call after I move in?
You call us. Pitell handles warranty service in-house with our own team. The people who respond know your home. We connect with you before, during, and after the build.
