How Our Floor Plans Work
Every plan is a starting point. As a semi-custom builder, we give you more choices than a production builder, without the cost or timeline of full custom. You pick the layout. Then you work through finishes and selections in our design center. You get real input on the design, guided by a team that builds the home from the first meeting through warranty.
Quad Patio Homes
Our low-maintenance, single-level quad patio home. The Hampton comes in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath single-level layout, or a 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout with a second floor, from 1,485 to 2,360 square feet. Built at Liberty Pointe in Saxonburg.

Common Questions
Can I change a floor plan?
Pitell is a semi-custom builder, which means you work from a proven plan library but have an expanded menu of options — two to three times the selections of a typical production builder. You can personalize finishes, fixtures, flooring, countertops, lighting, exterior elevations, and more. Structural modifications are available on a case-by-case basis.
Do you build on land I own?
Yes. Through Build on Your Lot, we build on land you own or plan to buy in Northern Allegheny and Southern Butler Counties. We review the lot with you first.
Where does Pitell build?
Northern Allegheny and Southern Butler Counties. Liberty Pointe, our quad patio home community, is in Saxonburg (Cabot).
