The Kelly is a two-story home with 2,109 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5-3.5 baths. The garage sits at the lower level instead of on the main floor. That puts more of the footprint toward living space. The main floor opens up across a large kitchen, an eat-in area, and the great room. A formal dining room sits off to the side for larger meals.
Upstairs, the Kelly has four bedrooms, including an owner’s suite with its own bath and a walk-in closet. The laundry room sits on the second floor, near the bedrooms. That keeps the wash close to where the clothes are.
The basement comes unfinished. You can finish it as a rec room and add a bathroom. That takes the home to three and a half baths. You can also add iron spindles to the staircase. Pitell can build the Kelly in a community or on your own lot in Northern Allegheny and Southern Butler Counties.
