About this Plan
The Julia is a two-story home with 2,435 square feet and room for a family to spread out. The first floor gives you two separate gathering spaces, a large great room and a living room, so you have one for the kids and one for the adults. The kitchen has an island and opens to an eat-in area for everyday meals. A separate dining room sits nearby for holidays and larger gatherings.
The laundry room sits on the first floor, off the kitchen, so you are not carrying baskets up and down the stairs. Upstairs, the Julia has four bedrooms and a large master suite with its own bath and walk-in closet. The three other bedrooms give kids or guests their own space.
