About this Plan
The Jenna is a two-story home with 2,358 square feet and an open main floor. The great room rises the full two stories. A staircase and a wall of windows fill it with light. The kitchen sits next to the great room and opens to a solarium. The solarium comes included with the plan, so you have a bright spot off the kitchen for a sitting area or a breakfast table.
The first floor also has a formal study and a walk-in laundry room, so you can work and handle chores without going upstairs. A mud room sits off the garage to catch shoes and coats. Upstairs, the Jenna has four bedrooms, including an owner’s suite with its own bath and a walk-in closet. An open railing looks down over the great room below.
The basement comes unfinished. You can finish it as a rec room and add a bathroom. That brings the home to three and a half baths.
